5.1.0.6 Brings tooltip improvments and a fix.

* Fixed HealBot_Action_RefreshTooltip bug
* Improved tooltips GREEN for Usable, RED for Not Usable and YELLOW for Macro's. Not Usable can be when a spell is on CD or player out of range

Yesterday with 5.1.0.6 I was not able to heal the focus target via healbot (tsulong in toes). checking "always show focus" (or similar in english, i play on the german client) made the bar showing up but when clicking on it nothing happened
